Fully Washed with short overnight fermentation then dried in slowly for up to 3 weeks. This coffee is then put through a screen sorter to remove anything over screen size 15. This leaves us with just the peaberries.

Quite a lot more developed sugars that what you'd normally expect from a Peaberry coffee. Aroma is very berry like and floral. Main notes of peach cooling into nectarine as well as a feijoa acidity alongside heavy blood orange that also intensifies greatly as it cools.
